Viking Fries


Viking Fries.

Carrots - 200 g
Sweet potatoes - 200 g
Potatoes - 200 g
Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
Thyme (preferably fresh) - 2 tsp.
Salt - 2 tsp.
Fresh parsley (chopped) - approx. a handful

1: Turn on the oven at 200 degrees.

2: Carrots, sweet potatoes and potatoes are washed and peeled. Then cut into medium sized coarse pieces. May look a little different.

3: Take a large bowl and flip all the vegetables with olive oil, salt and thyme.

4: Take a refractory dish or roasting pan with baking paper, and evenly distribute the vegetables - just pour in excess oil.

5: Bake in the oven until golden brown on the outside. Remember to turn them around. every 10 min.

6: When done, sprinkle fresh parsley over the vegetables.
